谷氨酸发酵是一种对发酵菌种选择性比较专一的生化发酵工程,且为好氧性发酵。其对空气的要求苛刻,近乎不能含有任何杂菌。因此,提高空气除菌净化能力,具有非常重要的现实意义。
Glutamic acid fermentation is a kind of biochemistry fermentation engineering. Its selectivity is undivided comparatively. It is oxybiotic fermentation and is strict to air quality. It almost couldn't have any other fungus to exist. Therefore it's quite important to improve the ability of removing other fungus and purifying.
