摘要
详细论述了抽油烟机集气罩的设计原理,以及主要参数的确定方法。对集气罩下部油烟废气流场进行了理论分析和数值模拟,并给出2种工况的油烟速度矢量分布图,为抽油烟机集气罩的设计提供了理论依据,以利于油烟的彻底治理。
The design principle and primary parameters＇ computing on the Gas Trap Hood of the equipment pumping cooking oil fumes is introduced in this paper. The kitchen waste gas field under the Gas Trap Hood is studied by numerical simulation so as to offer some academic evidences of the Gas Trap Hood＇s design ,and it also help to cleanse cooking oil fumes further.
