现代企业设备维修备件管理方式的研究

The Studies on the Spare Parts Management of the Equipment Maintenance in Modern Enterprise

分析了现代企业中几种常用设备维修方式的特点,提出了不同设备维修制度下应采取的相应备件管理模式,给出了备件的几种储备形态,以实现备件最经济的库存量和最经济的订货量,对降低企业设备维修与备件的综合成本,实现设备维修管理效益最大化具有非常重要的现实意义。

This paper analyse several general methods of characteristic on the equipment maintenance in modern enterprise. Proposed to adopt corresponding spare parts management patterns under the different equipment maintenance systems, and gives some stocks forms of spare parts. So as to help to make both the stocks and the orders of the spare parts more economical, it has the important practical significance to reduce the comprehensive cost of equipment maintenance and the spare parts for the enterprise,and realizes the maximization benefit in equipment maintenance management.
