Since 1990＇s,water resources deficient contradictory in Qianshan District is day by day prominent.That seriously affects people live, the social economy development and the ecological environment construction. In this paper were the surface waters and the ground water resources were in detail,And the measune of development, application and protection of water resource was discussed.
