摘要 通过深入分析面粉微量添加系统在实际应用中产生的堆积问题,对其送料机构提出了改进方案,并且对方案进行分析与比较。最终采用实体螺旋作为送料机构,并从理论上对送料机构的各个参数进行了分析,为螺旋送料机构的设计提供了理论依据。通过计算得出了适合DZTC系列机器的螺旋送料机构,从而证明了算法的可靠性和有效性。 After in-depth analysis tm shortcomings of stocking caused during practical application of flour micro-addingg system, the schemes for improving its conveying mechanism ware presented and compared, A mass screw was finally selected as its eonveying mechanism and various parameters were analyzed, so that a theoretic basis was provided for design of a screw conveying mechanism. A screw conveying mechanism suitable for DZTC series machines was obtained through calculation, so as to prove the reliability anti effectiveness of the calculating method.
