摘要
利用热分解五羰基铁气相沉积的方法成功地制备了微米级铁纤维。实验结果表明:此法制备的铁纤维为α铁相,铁纤维的直径可以通过调整热分解的温度来控制,直径的大小对饱和磁化强度(Ms)和矫顽力(Hc)影响较大,但对剩余磁化强度(Mr)则几乎没有影响。
The micro-sized,iron fibers have been prepared successfully by the method of pyrolyzing Fe (CO)5 vapor deposition. The results indicate that the micro-sized iron fibers are a -Fe, the diameter of them could be controlled by changing pyrolyzing temperature and the diameter has much moi'e effects on the saturation magnetization and the coercive field of iron fibers, but the magnetic remanence has nothing to do with the diameter.
