摘要
密度、氧质量分数和芳构化指数是判断预氧化程度的参数,借助密度分析、X射线衍射、元素分析等技术,研究预氧化工艺条件对密度、氧质量分数和芳构化指数的影响。研究结果表明,随着预氧化温度的升高,密度、氧质量分数和芳构化指数均增大;随预氧化时间的增长,密度、氧质量分数也增加,牵伸和原丝纤度对氧质量分数影响不大。
Density, oxygen content and aromatisation index are the main parameters that are used to judge the preoxidation degree. In this paper, the effect of the processing conditions of preoxidation on the density, oxygen content, and aromatisation index has been particularly studied by means of density measurement, X-ray, element analysis etc. The research results indicate that with the increase of temperature, the density, oxygen content and aromatisation index of oxidated fibers can also increase; With the increase of time, the density oxygen content can increase as well as; however, the stretch and precursor filament size have little influence on the oxygen content of fiber.
