摘要
L-异亮氨酸作为必需氨基酸之一,广泛应用于医药、食品和饲料等领域。发酵法是目前生产L-异亮氨酸最主要的方法。文中分别从L-异亮氨酸的生产方法、生物合成及其代谢调控、代谢调控育种、发酵工艺的控制、提取精制方法、国内外生产现状等6个方面,对发酵法生产L-异亮氨酸的研究进展进行了综述。
As one of the essential amino acids, L-isoleucine is widely used in several fields such as pharmaceutical,food and feed. At present, fermention is the mainly method of L-isoleucine production. L-isoleucine production methods, biosynthesis and its metabolic regulation, metabolic regulation breeding , process control, extraction and refinement methods, and current L-isoleucine production status were reviewed in this paper.
