摘要
概述了结构抗震设计思想的发展历程,进而阐述了现阶段性能抗震思想的一般思路并给出了性态设计的流程图。重点论述了基于位移的性能抗震设计方法。以我国新抗震设计规范为线索,探讨了我国性能抗震设计思想的发展现状。
The development history for the performance-based seismic design philosophy was introduced, then the general principle for performance-based seismic design philosophy at present stage was described and flow chart of performancebased seismic design was given. The displacement-based design method was described emphatically. With the new seismic design code of our country as clue, the present development of! the performance-based seismic design philosophy in our country was discussed.
