肾病综合征患者血清CA125水平测定

Determination of the Serum CA125 Level in Nephrotic Syndrome

目的探讨肾病综合征患者血清CA125的水平及其产生的原因。方法CA125测定采用化学发光标记免疫法(CLIA)。共测定了肾病综合征患者27例(分为两组:一组为伴有浆膜腔积液14例,另一组为不伴有浆膜腔积液13例)、正常对照组20人。结果伴有浆膜腔积液组血清CA125水平显著高于不伴有浆膜腔积液组及正常对照组(均P<0.05)。结论伴有浆膜腔积液的肾病综合征患者的血清CA125会升高,其原因可能与肾病综合征并发的胸、腹水等有关。

Objective To investigate the serum level of cancer antigen 125 in nephrotic syndrome and its cause. Methods CLIA was used to analyze the serum CA125 levels of 27 patients with nephrotic syndrome （one group was 14 patients with serosal fluids, the other group was 13 patients without serosal fluids） and 20 normal control cases. Results Level of serum CA125 in patients with serosal fluids was significantly higher than that without serosal fluids and that in the normal control （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The level of serum CA125 will elevate in nephrotic syndrome patients with serosal fluids which may relate to the ascites and pleural effusion caused by nephrotic syndrome.
