前路植骨加Z-plate内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的生物力学研究与临床应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的对椎体间植骨加Z_plate内固定进行生物力学评价。方法采用新鲜成人胸腰椎标本(T12-S1)10具,制成前、中柱损伤模型,分别以Z_plate和椎体间模拟植骨后加Z_plate固定,进行强度、刚度和稳定性的研究,并应用于临床。结果椎体间植骨加Z_plate固定比单纯Z_plate固定脊柱的强度、刚度和稳定性均有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论前路植骨加Z_plate固定可以加强失稳脊柱的稳定性,对损伤脊柱的重建具有重要作用。 Objective To evaluate the biomechanism on Z-plate fixation system with an interbody graft. Methods Ten fresh cadaver spines(T12-S1)were used in this study. After instability created from injury of anterior and middle columns in all specimens, Z-plate with an interbody graft and Z-plate only without graft were used to reconsturct the unstable segments respectively for the spinal strength, rigidity and stability test. Results With an interbody graft and Z-plate device, all showed significant- difference in improvement of the spinal strength, rigidity and stability with single Z-plate device (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Z-plate fixation system with the graft can enhance the stablility for unstable spine and effectively reconstruct injured vertebra.
