螺旋CT三维重建技术在颌面部骨折中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨螺旋CT三维重建技术在颌面部骨折诊断中的应用价值。方法对17例不同类型的颌面部骨折进行螺旋CT多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)和容积重建(VR),对比骨折线显示情况,并与手术中骨折线相对照。结果MPR能清楚显示各种颌面部骨折,但缺乏立体感;MIP对于线性骨折显示清晰;VR能立体显示表浅骨折的移位情况。结论MPR、MIP和VR对颌面部骨折的显示各有优缺点,3种方法相互补充能准确全面地显示颌面部骨折情况。 Objective To study the value of 3 dimensional reconstruction of spiral computerized tomogrphy (CT) in diagnosing maxillofacial bone fractures . Methods Multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) , maximum intensity projection (MIP) and volume rendering (VR) techniques with spiral CT were performed in 17 cases of different maxillofacial bone fractures. The signs of these three imaging methods were compared with each other and with the operation findings. Results MPR was able to show all kinds of maxillofacial bone fractures, but not stereoscopically;Accurately line-type fracture was able to be shown in MIP images. VR was able to show the surface fracture lines and fragment displacements stereoscopically. Conclusion MPR , MIP and VR have advantages and shortages of their own in showing maxillofacial bone fractures. Combination of these three imaging methods can show the fractures perfectly.
