国产盐酸替罗非班治疗冠脉支架植入后急性血栓形成的初步观察 被引量：5

摘要 2例明确诊断AMI患者在行急诊冠脉支架植入术后发生急性血栓形成,即给予国产血小板Ⅱb/Ⅲa受体拮抗剂盐酸替罗非班(欣维宁)治疗,先以10μg/kg的剂量在3 min内静注,随后以0.15μg/kg.min-1的剂量维持静滴36 h。结果急性血栓在5 min内完全消失,同时观察1周未见明显的不良反应。盐酸替罗非班的应用。
