This paper introduces the selecting requirements for dyes, thickener and alkali agent in the direct printing process of pure cotton knitted products using reactive dyes, presents in detail the selection of thickener, undertone-used reactive dye and auxiliary agent in discharge printing process, describes the preparation of color paste for discharge printing using vat dyes, introduces the purposes of aging steaming, washing process and post-finishing, and puts forward the important points of all working procedures.
