摘要
电子病历是病历的发展方向,但目前存在法律地位确立和社会认可问题。究其原因是没有很好解决电子病历的安全性、隐私保密性及不可否认性,本文根据医院信息系统存在的问题,提出指纹认证、“用户/岗位角色/功能权限”三级权限控制策略等全面系统解决方法,使电子病历具有真实、完整、保密和不可否认性,促进其全面发展。
Computer-based Patient Record（CPR） is the orientation for development for patient record , but now exists the law position establishment and society approval due to the security, the privacy and anti-denying. According to the hospital information systems, the article puts forward the methods of fingerprint identification and limits of authority controlto make computer-based patient records possess reality , integrity to confidentialty and anti-denying , and promote it develop completely .
