摘要
本文介绍了我院手术室库房管理的创新方法,重点介绍了二级库房的开放式管理模式及与计算机网络连接,通过人机对话方式实现对高价值医用消耗品自助领用,从而使手术室的高价值消耗品做到零库存管理。
In this paper,we introduce a new method about our hospital managment of sugery depot. It＇s an open mode of management of two- level depot with the computer network. By man machine conversation, the valuable medical disposable materials can be taken by self-service. Sequentially, zero-stock of sugery valuable medical disposable materials are carried out.
