在总结靴式压榨开发经验的基础上,VoithPa-per开发了靴式压光机。该压光机是基于水分梯度效应和温度梯度效应。与传统压光、软压光、Janus超级压光相比,NipcoFlex靴式压光机具有显著特点,改善产品松厚度、PPS粗糙度以及适印性等,车速提高、产量增加的同时质量没有下降。
On the basis of summarizing the experience of the R & D of shoe press, Voith Paper developed a brand-new shoe calender. The calender is based on the moisture gradient effect and temperature gradient effect. Compared with traditional calendering, soft calendering and Janus super calendering, NipcoFlex shoe calender has salient features such as improving bulkness, PPS roughness and printability, with an increase of the machine speed and yield achieved but no decline in quality.
