摘要 针对沥青碎石混合料的强度特点,采用有侧限、能反映材料3向受力状态的动载压入法评价其高温抵抗永久变形能力,将永久变形分为压密、变形累积和剪切流动3个阶段。在分析了不同类型沥青碎石混合料动力变形特性的基础上,提出了统一空隙率与永久变形之间矛盾的关键技术在于成型工艺与材料相互作用下形成合理组成结构,并分析了不同材料组成对空隙率及永久变形的影响,为重载作用下骨架-空隙型沥青碎石混合料的设计提供了依据。 According to the strength character of asphalt macadam mixture, dynamic load press-in test having confining pressure was adopted to analyze permanence deformation of HMA in high temperature. This test could divide the permanent deformation into three phases, namely further compaction, deformation accumulation and shear flow. On the basis of analyzing dynamic deformation characteristic of different kinds of HMA, technical measures which could unite contradiction between void and permanence deformation were put forward, whose key techniques lay to form rational component structure under the function of compact techniques and materials, and analyzed the influence for void and permanent deformation of different material components, which also provided design foundation for void-framework asphalt macadam mixture under the function of heavy wheel loads.
