摘要
随着美国风险投资业的兴起,风险投资方式正在逐步向世界各个角落渗透。近几年我国经济迅猛发展,发达国家的资本管理者都看好中国这个巨大的市场。通过对照中、美风险投资市场的发展现状,中国企业需要建立一套完善的风险投资的引入机制、保障机制和退出机制。
The rise of the US risky investment makes it permeating into each comer of the world progressively. Since China＇s economy is developed rapidly in recent years, the capital administrators of the developed countries all have an optimistic view cf this enormous market.This paper analyses the current development of sino- US investment market, and concludes the necessity of establishing risky investment ensuring system in China. It puts forward the measures to set up the withdrawal mechanism d risky capital.
