俄罗斯加入WTO后黑龙江省企业对俄投资策略研究

中国作为与俄罗斯有着悠久合作历史的邻国,在俄企业投资规模却很小,远远落后于西方国家。黑龙江省作为中国与俄罗斯接壤的一个大省,具有很强的对俄投资优势。俄罗斯加入WTO后投资环境的改善对于黑龙江省的企业发展以及黑龙江省的经济发展来说都是一个难得的机会。应当把握住这一历史机遇,认真研究俄罗斯加入WTO后黑龙江省企业对俄跨国投资的策略,把黑龙江省的企业推向世界,做大做强。

With a long cooperative history with Russia, China has a small scale of enterprise investment in Russia, Which has been far left behind those west countries. Heilongjiang Province, a large bordering province with Russia, has very strong advantagee of investment in Russia.It is a good chance for Heilongjiang Province＇ s enterprises to imtprove the investment environment after Russia＇ s into the WTO so as to stimulate the economic devdopment of Heilongjiang Province.It is very important to study the strategies of transnational investment and realize the inter＇nationalization of Hoilongjiang Province＇ s enterprises.
