摘要
介绍了在旋转管式微滤膜器内,用二氧化硅作为分离物料的性能实验操作过程,引入了强化倍数N这个无因次量。然后利用实验数据建立了二氧化硅在两种浓度下的强化倍数N的数学模型,并验证了模型的正确性。
Using SiO2 as the material, the operational process of separation performance experiments in rotary tubular micro-filtration membrane separators was described.A dimensionless parameter N called enhancement coefficient was introduced.The mathematic model for enhancement coefficient N of SiO2 suspension at two concentrations was established, and the model was also verified by experimental data.
