摘要
试验台采用“房间式”系统,严格执行TB/T2432-93关于客车空调机组检修规程及其试验方法的规定,是节能化和整体开放式的设计的产物。其中测控系统采用当前最先进的小型局域网式测量控制系统。整个系统架构于RS-485网络体系结构,通过网络传输,实现一台计算机(上位机)同时监控多个数据采集站,每个数据采集站可独立进行工作,互不干扰。控制系统软件采用VisualBasic6.0设计。整个系统结构紧凑、工作可靠、精度高、性能优越。
The test-bed adopts "room-size" system, and strictly follows TB/T2432-93 .It is a system of energy-conservation and open design.The testing-controlling system of test-bed adopts the most advanced small- scall LAN type testing-controlling system. The whole system is built upon RS-485 network system structure.It monitors and controls many date collection workstations simultaneously by one computer(Master computer)through network transmission, but each date collection station can perform testing independently and does not interfere with each other. The software of control system adopts Visual Basic6.0 to design. The whole system has compact structure, perfect reliability, high accuracy and excellent performance.
