摘要
组织文化是一个组织在长期的过程中,把组织内部全体成员结合在一起的行为方式、价值观和道德规范。在现代管理中,组织文化被称为管理之魂。管理者应为组织确立较为崇高的价值观,因此,组织文化的内容应包括在管理中,健康崇高的价值观应当是合乎伦理的管理行为,健康的价值观应以崇高的符合公共利益的道德规范为核心。
Management is an activity as well as a process.The organizational culture can be used by the organization over a long,period of time as a mode of behavior,a measure of valve,a standard of morality with which all the members in the organizational unit can be brought together.The organiational culture is regarded as the core of modem management.The managers should set a high morality for the organization to abide by.Thus organizational culture abould be included in the management.A healthy and lofty morality should be ethical and should center on the standard of morality in accordance with the benefit of the public.
