摘要
2005年9月1日,农业部出台了《关于加强农产品市场流通工作的意见》,黑龙江省作为农业大省,必然要做好农产品流通工作。全省农产品流通工作主要是在定点市场建设、流通主体培育、农产品信息化促销、农产品交易方式创新等几个关键环节上下功夫。
On Set 1st 2005,Proposals for Emphasizing the Agriculture Circulation was put forward by the agriculture department,as a large province,Heilongjiang＇s agriculture plays supporting role in its economy,thus boosting the agricultural products circulation is essential.The critical sectors in the agricultural products circulation involve the following aspects,namely the pointing market construction,circulation main body breeding,the information promotion and innovation of the agricultural products exchange manner,which all should be emphasized.
