中俄发展加工贸易的问题研究

The Problem Research of the Processing Trade Development Between China and Russia

中俄之间有着东西两段绵长的边境线,在黑龙江一侧就有3 800公里长,双方在历史上多数时间是友好睦邻,有传统的友谊,在双边的贸易关系上还有很强的互补性,所以开展贸易有着广阔的前景。随着中俄经济的不断发展壮大,中俄间发展加工贸易必将成为继传统的边贸后的一个新的增长点。

China and Russia have far frontier line including two parts. The side in Heilongjiang province is 3800 kilometers long. Two parties were the friendly neighbour in the most time of the history, and have the traditional companionship. Because bilateral trading relationship have the very strong mutually benefit, the trade between China and Russia have widest foreground. With the continuously economy development of China and Russian, the processing trade will become a new increasing point after traditional border trade .
