摘要
政府部门绩效评估对提高政府绩效具有重要作用。通过对政府部门绩效的影响因素进行指标体系的分析与设计,并运用多因素层次模糊综合评价方法对政府部门绩效进行实例的演算与验证,从而为政府部门绩效的评价提供一种有效的方法和手段,对考核各级政府部门的工作业绩提供一种重要的依据。
Govemment performance assessment has important role for raising government performance. Through designing and the analysis of index system of the influencing factor for the performance of government department, and using the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process fuzzy comprebensive evaluation to carry out example and verify for the performance of government department, so as to offter a kind of effective method and means for the appraisement of government department performance, and offer a kind of important basis for checking on the working achievement of different levels of govemment department.
