高产花生氮素代谢相关酶活性变化的研究 被引量:29

摘要 采用田间小区试验,利用高产花生品种花育22号研究了不同生长发育时期植株各器官中硝酸还原酶(NRase)、谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)和谷氨酸脱氢酶(GDH)活性的变化。结果表明,各器官中NRase活性随生育期的推进均呈逐渐下降的趋势,籽仁中的活性则远高于其他营养器官;叶片和根中GS活性的变化均呈单峰曲线,峰值均出现在结荚期,籽仁中GS活性含量最低;叶片中GDH活性变化较为复杂,茎和根中GDH活性均呈“V”字型曲线变化,根中峰谷滞后于茎,出现在花针期,而籽仁中GDH活性成熟期略高。 With plot experiment, this paper studied on soluble protein content change and active changes of NRase, GS and GDH in different plant organs during the growth of high yield peanut Huayu 22. The results showed as follows: NRase activity decreased gradually during the growth, and NRase activity is much more high than that of other organs. GS activity change in leaf and root showed parabolic curvet and NRase activity was the highest in the Pod setting period, and the the highest in pignut. GDH activity change showed "V" curve , that of the lowest in Pegging stage, and GDH activity change in pignut was higher.
