摘要
利用MseⅠ和EcoRⅠ酶切和9对引物组合对10个山东花生主栽品种进行AFLP分析,9对引物组合共扩增产生169条带,其中55条为多态性的,其多态性带比率为32.54%。至少两对引物组合的配合如E-ACT/M-CAA//E-AAG/M-CAC和E-ACC/M-CAA//E-AAG/M-CAC可将这10个品种完全区分开。
Two restriction endonucleases Mse I and EcoR I and 9 primer combinations were used to AFLP analysis among 10 peanut cultivars. 169 bands were amplified by the 9 primer combinations, 55 among them were polymor phic and percentage of polymorphic band is 32.54 %. The 10 peanut cultivars could be distinguished from each other by using a minimum of two primer combinations, such as E--ACT/M--CAA and E--AAG/M--CAC, E--ACC/M -- CAA and E-- AAG/M-- CAC.
