逆行股骨交锁髓内钉复位固定治疗股骨髁间骨折

摘要 目的通过股骨更锁髓内钉对复杂股骨髁间骨折内固定后的临床观察和研究，探讨其在股骨髁部等骨折的治疗中的优点和缺陷，寻找股骨髁部复杂骨折的最佳内固定方法。方法回顾性分析我院2000年7月-2004年8月运用股骨逆行髓内钉治疗股骨髁间粉碎性骨折25例的临床资料。结果术后切口均Ⅰ期愈合，达到骨折临床愈合标准的时问为术后46—73d，平均55．8d，随访5—21个月，平均10个月，依照Lysholm评分系统对惠者膝关节功能康复情况作评分，全部为优。结论逆行股骨交锁髓内钉治疗股骨髁间粉碎性骨折，相对简便、损伤小、内固定可靠，利于早期功能锻炼，是一种较好的方法，但也有其缺点，选用时应气扬长避短，选择好适应证．
