摘要
目的探讨建立脑出血后抑郁动物模型,为脑出血后抑郁症的深入研究创造条件。方法采用胶原酶尾壳核注射方法诱导大鼠脑出血的基础上,给予21 d慢性不可预见的温和应激,建立脑出血后抑郁动物模型。结果模型组大鼠与对照组大鼠比较,其活动性、兴趣、快感、学习和记忆能力明显下降。模型组大鼠脑病理切片显示杏仁皮质、梨状皮质、扣带回、下丘脑神经元细胞萎缩变性,核仁偏位,尼氏体减少。结论在脑出血的基础上给予慢性不可预见的温和应激,能建立较理想的脑出血后抑郁动物模型。
Objective To discuss the establishment of animal model of post - encephalorrhagia depression for further study on the post-encephalorrhagia depression. Method The injection of collagenase in caudate-putamen nucleus was used to induce rat encephalorrhagia and then chronic unpredictable mild stress was given for 21 days to establish the animal model. Result The activity, interest, hedonia, abilities of learning and memory in the model group were decreased obviously compared with that in the control group. In the model group the results of pathological sections showed the atrophia and degeneraltion of amygdaline cortex, piriform cortex, gyrus cingulatus and hypothalamic neuron, nucleolar asymmetry and decrease of Nissl bodies. Conclusion It is an ideal method for establishing the animal model of post-encephalorrhagia depression to give chronic unpredictable mild stress to rats on the basis of cerebral hemorrhage.
