摘要
目的研究荆芥穗的化学成分。方法利用色谱技术进行分离纯化,波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果从荆芥穗中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:木犀草素(I);芹菜素(II);反式桂皮酸(III);β-谷甾醇(IV);熊果酸(V);橙皮苷(VI);3-羟基-4(8)-烯-P-薄荷烷-3(9)-内酯(VII);tilianin(VIII);橙皮素—7—O—葡萄糖苷(IX)和schizonepetosides B(X)。结论化合物VIII和IX为首次从荆芥穗中分得。
Objective To study the chemical compositions in the spikes of Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq. Methods The chromatography was used to isolate and purify the compositions and spectroscopic methods were used to identify the structure of the spikes of Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq. Result There were ten compounds isolated and identified as follows : luteolin (Ⅰ), apigenin ( Ⅱ ), trans-cinnamic acid (Ⅲ), 13- sitosterol ( Ⅳ ), ursolic acid ( Ⅴ ), hesperidin ( Ⅵ ), 3-hydroxy-4 ( 8 ) -ene-p-menthane-3 ( 9 ) -lactone (Ⅶ) ,tilianin (Ⅷ) ,hesperitin-7-O-glucoside (Ⅸ) and schizonepetosides B (Ⅹ). Conclusion The compounds VIII and Ⅸ were isolated from the spikes of Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq. for the first time.
