慢性心衰药物治疗新策略 被引量：5

摘要 利尿剂、ACEI和β受体阻滞剂是慢性心衰药物治疗的基础,然而即使规范使用上述药物后,慢性心衰(CHF)预后仍然较差．因此最近几年针对心衰发病中的各种神经内分泌改变开发了一些新的药物,如血管肽酶抑制剂、内皮素拮抗剂、血管加压素拮抗剂和选择性醛固酮拮抗剂等,另外还有免疫调节药物、生长激素、caspase抑制剂和促红细胞生成素等．
