干细胞与心肌修复

摘要 心肌梗死后继发于心室重构的充血性心衰是一大医学难题.近年来.除药物治疗、机械循环辅助装置、基因治疗和人工心脏等手段外,干细胞治疗为之带来新的希望,本文对用于心肌修复的干细胞类型、治疗途径以及近年来干细胞在心肌修复中的临床应用结果和未来展望作一综述.
