儿童中幽门螺杆菌对阿莫西林耐药性和耐药机制的研究进展 被引量:6

Progress on Mechanism of Resistance to Amoxicillin of Helicobacter Pylori in Children

摘要 幽门螺杆菌(HP)对阿莫西林(AMX)的耐药菌株已经出现,耐药率呈现逐渐增多的趋势,影响了HP的根除率。迄今为止的研究表明,AMX耐药菌株的β-内酰胺酶均为阴性,其耐药机制主要是HP的pbp1基因突变,导致AMX与细胞壁上的青霉素结合蛋白1亲和力下降及HP外膜对AMX的通透性降低。
