铸造型焦防破碎收集系统设计及应用

摘要 铸造型焦是冲天炉熔炼铸铁时使用的新型化铁燃料。保持型焦的块状度,减少破碎是降低铸件废品率,减少原料消耗的关键。设计的铸造型焦半成品收集系统,结合PLC和液压控制技术,较好地解决了成形车间半成品的防破碎和收集问题。 Foundry formed coke, as the newly developed fuel is used for the melting of cast iron in the cupola. To keep its lumpiness and reduce the number of broken product seems a key step for the decrease of rejection ratio and raw material consumption. The anti - broken collecting system designed for the semi - manufactured coke briquette jointly applies the PLC and hydraulic control technology and accomplishes the problem to accu - mulate what is produced from the formation workshop almost without fragmentation.
