粘结剂在光固化复合树脂的层间粘结中作用的临床探讨

摘要 近十年来光固化复合树脂已广泛应用于牙体部分缺损、牙体形态异常、牙间隙及变色牙等临床修复.由于光固化复合树脂本身强度、临床操作技术等原因,修复体出现磨损、碎裂而部分脱落,在牙上余留的部分树脂受到口腔环境的污染,利用光固化复合树脂的粘结技术在污染的底层树脂上用新的光固化复合树脂添加恢复修复体缺损的部分,既能恢复美观、功能的要求又节省时间和材料.
