摘要
阐述了薄板拉深成形有限元模拟的基本理论及关键技术,对非轴对称拉深成形的典型零件—矩形盒进行了成形模拟,分析了材料流动规律和应力应变状态,并着重分析了板坯形状对矩形盒成形性的影响。
Based on the fundamental theory and the key technology of finite element simulation for drawing, the forming of a rectangular case - a typical workpiece of non - rotational symmetry drawing is simulated. The law of material's plastic flow and the stress - strain state is analyzed, and the effect on the formability of rectangular ease by blank shape is analyzed with emphasis.
