摘要
通过对液压支架的零件实体造型和模拟装配的实践,介绍了三维造型软件的使用方法和建模过程。并以液压支架的底座为例,介绍了煤矿机械的造型特点,通过分析各部件的装配关系,用计算机进行了模拟装配,最后还探讨了液压支架的运动仿真问题。
Taking the base frame of hydraulic support as an example, introduces the modeling features of mining machine. After the analysis of assembling relation among each unit, computer is used to make the virtual assembling. Also research about the motion emulation of hydraulic support.
