摘要
离体牙内攻入1~3枚固位钉后,它与EB树脂的抗拉强度比无钉时提高1~3倍(P<0.05),剪切强度提高0.5~1倍(P<0.05).两钉间距在5mm以上,钉从1枚增加到3枚,结合强度也相应增加.实验中发现,同组内结合强度范围偏大,抗拉曲线变化较大.测得结合强度并不是牙体,固位钉,复合树脂三者间良好参数的迭加.结果说明,固位钉介入后可提高牙体与复合树脂的结合强度,但结合强度的大小受多种因素的影响.
Following 1~3 screwnails had been at-tacked into the ex vivo tooth,the tooth' an-ti-pulling strength against the EB resin and the shearing strength of the tooth were found to reach a level about 1~3 and 0. 5~ 1 times as high as those produced by the controls, respectively. When a nail was lo-cated at a distance of more than 5mm from the another, and the nail number was in-creased from one to three, the adhesive strength was increased correspondingly. It was found in the same experimental series that the range of adhesive strength reached up to a larger scale,with different patternsof stretch curve; and the adhesive strength value detected was not the simple addition of those of the ideal parameters of the den-tal body, location-fixing screwnail and com-posite resin. The results suggest, the inter-vention of location-fixing screwnail migth be capable of improving the adhesive strength of dental body and composite resin,while the adhesive strength could be influenced by a variety of factors.
