敏捷企业（上）

On the Concept of Agile Enterprise

阐述敏捷的有关概念之后，本文重点阐述了敏捷企业的有关概念和企业开展敏捷化工程的有关问题。从企业外部到企业内部，作者对影响企业敏捷性的因素做了比较详细的分析。针对美国工业界实施敏捷化工程的需要，本文还给出了一个供参考的关键因素优先表。最后，作者对中国企业如何利用目前的机遇，通过建立全国一致的商务交换标准和技术体系来快速进入国际大合作的问题提出了具体的建议。在本文的第二部分，作者还给出了一些更具体的考虑因素和衡量指标，来进一步说明敏捷企业的一个概念。

After a briefly introduction about AGILITY, this paper focused on the concepts and related problems about agile enterprises.From external enterprise concept to internal enterprise concept, the author systematically analyzed the key factors related to the agility issue of an enterprise. In order to serve as a guild to American industry to start their agility transformation, a table about critical business practices for agile enterprise is given in this paper. Finally, the author presents some suggestions for Chinese enterprise how to use this historical chance to join the global corporation by establish a nationwide business interface standard and technical infrastructure. In the second part of the paper. there are more detailed description about agility issues and matrices to further clarify the agile enterprise concept.
