摘要
监理服务质量分为技术质量和功能质量两个方面。技术质量包括企业质量保证工作质量和项目监理工作质量;功能质量包括职业道德与责任心、工作作风、组织协调能力。评价监理服务质量应综合评价技术质量和功能质量两个方面。文章运用工作结构分解(WBS)方法构造了监理实务工作结构分解图,并构建了监理服务质量评价体系。对建设行政主管部门、行业协会、业主和监理企业客观地评价监理服务质量具有重要意义。
The supervision service quality is divided into technology quality and functional quality. In this paper the technology quality is divided into enterpdse's assurance work quality and project supervision work quality. The functional quality includes professional morality and responsibility, work style and coordination ability. The WBS (work breakdown structure) of the concrete supervision work is established with project structure breakdown method and the service quality evaluation system of supervision is established. The construction authority, the owner and the supervision enterprise can evaluate the service quality objectively with this system. It can promote the supervision task.
