参香养胃胶囊的抗溃疡药效学研究

Study on Pharmacodynamics of Shenxiang Yangwei Capsule on Anti-gastric Ulcer

目的:研究参香养胃胶囊抗SD大鼠胃溃疡及抗胃黏膜损伤的作用。方法:采用水浸应激法、幽门结扎法、利血平法、醋酸等方法致大鼠胃溃疡,盐酸-乙醇、吲哚美辛致大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤,进行抗胃溃疡和胃黏膜保护实验。结果:参香养胃胶囊能明显抑制水浸应激、幽门结扎、利血平以及醋酸致大鼠胃溃疡;并对盐酸-乙醇、消炎痛所致大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤有明显的抑制作用;结论:参香养胃胶囊具有抗溃疡的作用。

Objective： To study on the effect of Shenxiang Yangwei Capsule（SYC） in inhibiting experimental gastric ulcer and the damage of gastric mucosa in SD rats. Method： The rat gastric ulcer models was induced by water immersing stress method, ligation of pylorus, ip injection of reserpine and acetic acid（ HAC）-induced chronic gastric ulcer,and rat models with acute damage of gastric mucosa were induced by hydrochloric acid-ethanol（HAE） and indomethacin. Then the effect of SYC in inhibiting experimental gastric ulcer and the acute damage of gastric mucosa in SD rats were observed. Result： SYC can markedly inhibit the stress gastric ulcer, ligation of pylorus gastric ulcer, reserpine-induced and HAC-induced gastric ulcer, and then SYC also markedly inhibit influence on HAE- induced and indomethacin-induced acute damage of gastric mucosa in SD rats. Conclusion： SYC possesses counteraction on gastric ulcer.
