Study on Releasing Rate of Buspirone Patch in vitro

目的:对丁螺环酮贴剂的体外释放度进行测定。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,分别用浆法和扩散池法考察丁螺环酮贴剂的体外释放性能。结果:两种方法测得本贴剂的体外释放规律基本相同,释药的模式符合Higuchi方程。结论:丁螺环酮贴剂缓释性能良好。

Objective： To determine the releasing rate of Buspirone（Busp） patch in vitro. Method： Busp in releasing receptor fluid was determined by HPLC. Two differents were used to study the releasing rate of Busp patch in vitro. Result： The releasing regulation of patch determined by two methods was similar and the releasing amount in vitro became more numerous as time went on, which followed the Higuchi equation. Conclusion： Busp patch is a extended - release transdermal delivery system.
