摘要
目的:建立妇科止带片中盐酸小檗碱的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:用岛津VP ODS C18柱(250×4．6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0．05 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液(以磷酸调节pH为3．0)(36:64)为流动相,流速1．0 ml·min-1;检测波长为350 nm;柱温40℃。结果:盐酸小檗碱线性范围为0．1-0．3μg,平均回收率98．8％,RSD为1．8％。结论:含量测定方法可靠,简单可行,为控制妇科止带片的内在质量提供了科学依据。
Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of Berberine hydrochloride in Fuke zhidai tablets. Method： the Shimadzu VP-ODS C18 column（250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） was used, the Acetonitrile - 0.05 mol·L-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution（ 36：64 adjust pH to 3.0 with phosphoric acid） as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1, the detection wavelength was at 350 nm, the column of temperature at 40 ℃. Result： the linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 0.1 - 0.3 μg（ r =0.999 9）, the average recovery was 98.8% RSD 1.8%. Conclusion： This method is accurate, reliable and provid a scientic index for quality control of Fuke zhidai tablets.
