Analysis of Three Kinds of Cardiac Stimulants Used in Our Hospital During the Period 2002-2004

目的:了解心脏病专科医院强心药应用现状,为临床合理使用提供参考。方法:用金额和用药频度排序法对我院2002-2004年强心药的使用数据作统计分析。结果:地高辛片用药频度高居首位、且用量逐年增长,非洋地黄类强心药消耗金额较大。结论:洋地黄类药物仍然是治疗心衰的重要药物,合理使用很重要;非洋地黄类正性肌力药物应在确有指征的前提下权衡利弊谨慎地使用。

Objective： To find out the current situation of use of cardiac stimulants in heart special hospital and to provide reference for clinical use rationally. Method： The methods of order of frequency and order of sum of money were used, cardiac stimulants used in our hospital during the period 2002 -2004 were analyzed. Result： Digoxin tablets occupied the first place in the order of frequency highly and consumption of digoxin tablets increased year by year, non - digitalis glycosides accounted for a larger expense of consumption. Conclusion： Digitalis glycosides are still important for keeping good cardiac, and it is essential for us to choose proper dosage and administration and use them rationally ; non - digitalis glycosides should be used cautiously with obvious indication.
