高等级公路交通信息化与智能化发展规划研究

Development Planning of the Freeway Transportation Informatization and Intellectualization

公路管理部门积极推进交通信息化工作,建立了一系列应用系统如公路地理信息系统、交通监控系统、联网收费系统等。但是,现有系统存在功能不完善、兼容性差等问题。结合国内公路管理部门职能和实际情况,以及国内外智能交通系统的发展趋势,将高等级公路交通信息化与智能化体系划分为公路管理、交通管理、收费管理、信息共享与信息服务共四个服务领域,论述了高等级公路交通信息化与智能化规划方案的总体框架和系统功能,并对系统的实施原则及项目建设时序进行了阐述。

Freeway management departments have acquired remarkable achievement in transportation informatization, constructed some application system, such as freeway GIS system, traffic monitoring system, net toll system, etc. But there exist some shortages in these systems. According to the real situation in home, the authors system of freeway into four parts, development divided the trend of ITS overseas, informatization and i they are： road management system, and combining the ntellectualization traffic management system, toll collection management system, and information sharing and service system. Then, the system generalized frame and its functions were discussed, meanwhile, the construction principles and procedure were presented.
