浅谈软件能力成熟度模型(CMM)方法及应用

简要介绍了CMM的基本内容和评估方法,并进一步分析了它在企业软件过程改进中的应用。本文分析了我国软件企业的软件过程现状,和它们在实施CMM过程中存在的问题。最后,对在我国软件企业实施CMM提出了几点建议。

A brief introduction is made of the essentials of CMM , its methods of evaluation , and particularly its application to the improvement of software process , This paper carefully analyzes current situation of software process in Chinese software- producing companies, and the problems which people have met in applying. At last, the author put forward some advice for Chinese software- producing companies during applying CMM to practice.
