融资难一直是困扰中小企业发展的首要问题。体制性障碍是制约中小企业融资的根本因素。中小企业融资的体制性障碍的主要矛盾进一步体现为中小企业迅猛发展与资金匮乏的矛盾、资金需要量激增与融资渠道狭窄的矛盾、中小企业发展弱势性与资金援助体系缺失性的矛盾、政府对中小企业政策扶持与大型企业市场垄断的矛盾、中小企业经济结构的多元性与资金扶持政策的非平等性的矛盾等五个方面。

The difficult of the margin is all along the first problem of troubling the development of the small business enterprises. The contradictions of the systems is to condition the basic actor of the margin of small business enterprises. It shows five aspects. The five kinds of main contradictions existing in the development process of the small enterprises cause the system obstacle of enterprises in inside margin.
