摘要
湿地对人类的生态保护有重要的价值,但其非常脆弱,需要法律加以特别保护。湖南省东洞庭湖自然保护区现存问题较多,须在立法、宣传教育等方面加强,使其得以解决。
Wetlands protection means important ecological value to humanity, and its frailty needs special legal protection. This article mainly introduces the present situation of East Dongting Lake nature reserve in Hunan Province, and the practical solution to the existing problems is by means of legislation and conferment.
