番禺易发商场兴衰引发的思考

Reflection on the Flourish and Decline of Panyu “Yifa Mall”

易发商场的兴衰见证了改革开放民营经济的快速发展,见证了短缺经济的结束和市场经济的不断成熟;易发商场的衰落证明了其经营方式和管理水平已不适应时代的要求,只做生意不做企业的年代已经远去,其“易发”的价值观应被科学和理性的价值观所取代,其兴衰应该引起对番禺民营经济现状的反思。

The flourish and decline of ＂Yifa Mall＂ witnessed the speedy development of private economy under the policy of reformation and opening, the end of shortage economy as well as the maturity of market economy. Its decline indicates that its style of running business and administration level cannot meet the current demands. Since the time when business （not the enterprise） was the only concern went by, ＂Getting Rich Easily＂ （the meaning of ＂Yifa＂） should be replaced by scientific and rational values. The flourish and decline of＂Yifa Mall＂ cause us to reflect on Panyu＇s private economy.
